Ms. Aditi Bhardwaj is a post graduate in Clinical Psychology, with a specialization in CBT. Aditi is compassionate and committed to serving her clients by trying to help them get an insight and resolve their problems, concerns and helping them through evidence based approach. The methods being used by her are: modification in thought process, cognitive restructuring, behavior modification, regulating emotions, etc. She also provides support in sharpening the skills to make them overcome their baggage and begin their journey to healing. She is committed towards helping individual growth and transformation. Aditi follows an eclectic and holistic approach and believes in treating all individuals according to their unique and individual needs. Her interest lies in handling young adolescents, teenagers and children with behavioral issues. She also conducts parenting guidance and coaching sessions.
